Lunchtime ‘Climate Clinic’

This year’s Earth Week theme is ‘Environmental and Climate Literacy’. In response, Kate Lock and Margo Hanson are coordinating a series of events in central Leeds. ‘Climate Chats’ will take place from 12 noon – 2pm on Tuesday 25th April ( Leeds Market stage) and Wednesday 26th April (University precinct outside the Union). Members of the public will have a chance to meet University of Leeds scientists and students, find out more about its world leading climate research and take part in a climate change survey, results of which will be fed back to Leeds CCC members. The final Climate Chats event will take place at Mill Hill Chapel, Leeds, from 5.00 – 6pm on Thursday 27th April and will precede our flagship event, ’Ask a climate scientist!’
