About Claire

Claire supports the Sustainability Service theme and by managing work streams relating to the Positive Partner in Society and Knowledge and Capacity strategic themes.  In particular, Claire works with colleagues in the Sustainability Service and the wider University, as well as organisations across the region and beyond.  Her aim is to support the University’s commitment to ensure the University has a positive, sustainable impact on society.

Claire first joined the University in 2008; prior to joining the Sustainability Service she was a Teaching Fellow in the Sustainability Research Institute, where she taught project and stakeholder management modules on MSc Sustainability programmes.  Before she joined the University, Claire had career in project management, managing a diverse range of contracts in strategy development & roll-out, social responsibility, training, sustainable practices, stakeholder engagement for large and small private sector companies, as well as voluntary and public sector organisations.
