Volunteering session in the Sustainable Garden

Growing your own food is easy, fun, and good for the environment.  Join us at the Sustainable Garden next to the Roger Stevens building, where we'll be planting tomatoes, chilli peppers and pea shoots, that you can take away and grow at home.  We'll tell you all you need to know about looking after your new seedlings as well as showing you how you can use waste materials to create your own pots and planters.  You can also find out more about the plans for the Sustainable Garden and learn how to propogate hard wood cuttings.

We'll provide all the necessary equipment so just bring yourself any time between 12pm and 2pm.
