University of Leeds Student Sustainability Conference 2018: Shaping the Future

The University of Leeds’ second Student Sustainability Conference will be taking place on Thursday 8th February, 2018. The overarching theme for this year is ‘Shaping the Future’, bringing students, staff, businesses and members of the public together to experience the diversity of Undergraduate and Postgraduate work which reflect aspects of positive social, economic and environmental development.

The conference is open for all to attend. University of Leeds students from all schools and faculties, from Undergraduate to PhD level, are welcome to apply to present their work. Please click the ‘applications’ box below, or take a look at last year’s conference to see what unfolded!

Building from last years conference, this is an event not to be missed; an opportunity to experience the latest sustainability research and projects taking place at Leeds, to network, collaborate and develop meaningful contacts, and broaden your insight of disciplines and the challenges they face in a changing world. Expect to see updates from local projects on campus as part of the Living Lab programme, research taking place across the Leeds city region, and wider international sustainability projects having impacts across the globe.
