LUNSHE network meeting - June

Our next LUNSHE (Leeds University Network for Sustainability in HE) network meeting will be on Thursday 6 June, at 1-2pm in the School of Maths' MALL and online.

LUNSHE is a staff network which aims to to provide a community for educators at the University to learn, discover and share best practice in embedding sustainability in the curriculum. Meetings take place monthly during term time and are open to all interested staff. It supports the Sustainable Curriculum principle of the University's Climate Plan.

We will have two brief talks on current Horizon Institute Network proposals that to some extent came from the community: Christopher Hassall will speak about a proposed network exploring shifting the dynamics between biodiversity and business away from trade-offs, zero sum game etc to one of synergies between the two. Manoj Ravi will speak about a network proposal on sustainable cities. Both of these proposals involve LUNSHE regulars and some of the connections came from our community.

Please can you sign up here if you would like to be added to the LUNSHE team and receive invites to this and future events.
