Please note that our office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm apart from University closure dates.
If you would like support taking forward an opportunity or project please use this Activity Initiation Form to make your request. We will respond to your request once this has been reviewed within the team.
For minor works (small pieces of work with a short timeframe) we ask for a brief description and expected start and end dates. For projects, we ask for additional information on the type of support, target audience, relationship to university strategic goals, how the work will be funded and to what level. We advise that you have this information ready before you complete the form.

Information on how to report noise can be found on the Leeds City Council website.
For waste issues, including fly posting, general untidiness and issues with bins, this can be reported on the Leeds City Council website.
