Project initiation
If you would like support taking forward an opportunity or project please use this Activity Initiation Form to make your request. We will respond to your request once this has been reviewed within the team.
For minor works (small pieces of work with a short timeframe) we ask for a brief description and expected start and end dates. For projects, we ask for additional information on the type of support, target audience, relationship to university strategic goals, how the work will be funded and to what level. We advise that you have this information ready before you complete the form.
