Staff knowledge hub
We want to establish a community where sustainability sits at the heart of University life. To do this, it’s important that all staff have the knowledge and capacity to operate in a sustainable way and feel supported to do so.
We have created a framework of resources to support staff in their roles. This has been developed to help you learn about topics and activities that are most relevant to your role. Staff may explore these resources as part of their induction, or at any point during their career at Leeds. This package of resources is constantly being added to over time, so keep checking back to stay up to dated with sustainability at Leeds.
Getting started with sustainability
All staff must complete this module as part of your induction and then retake it on an annual basis to make sure you are up to date with sustainability at Leeds.
Environmental Management System module
You also need to learn about our Environmental Management System (EMS) and how this may relate to your role. You can find the EMS module on Minerva.
Sustainability for managers
This module has been designed to help leaders and managers develop a good understanding of sustainability and why it’s important to the University of Leeds.
