Repair Café: Community Skill Share

The Repair Café launched in November 2023 as a collaboration between the Sustainability Service and the Library Makerspace. Running monthly during term time, visitors learn to repair their clothes, appliances, toys and tech with support from skilled volunteers and the Makerspace team. The project aims to raise confidence and awareness of repair whilst extending the life of our stuff.

This month, we are opening up the Repair Café to anyone in the Leeds community who's interested in repair. Drop in between 1pm and 4pm to meet our volunteers and local community groups, find out more about the facilities available in Makerspace and learn how to repair your own items.
