Synopsis:Felix explores how the demand for exported forest-risk commodities by distant developed nations is driving tropical deforestation. Land clearance to grow soy and palm oil, or produce beef cattle, is a major contributing factor of deforestation, and must be mitigated by both supply- and demand-side policies.
