Working within the Social Impact Team, Chris collaborates with a range of stakeholders including university staff and students, community representatives, schools, local organisations, and businesses to promote positive engagement through the delivery of community projects. Projects draw from the themes of gardening, environment, community art and circular economy to enhance student experience and the lives of residents in the city we share.  

Chris brings a wealth of experience from the education and third sectors as a freelance trainer and facilitator and most recently as a geography teacher. Chris is also a keen musician and is active on the local jazz scene.
