Synopsis: Ambitious net-zero targets are being pledged by industries, businesses, and governments across the globe. Richard’s research seeks to explore the anticipated scale and composition of the offset market in both 2030 and 2050, and the governance required, at UK and international level, to enable real, permanent reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.
